How about a Culture board, one that encompasses, literature, anime, music, movies and the like that pertain to similar fields? I frequent another forum that has both a Random, Culture and Talk-type boards and it functions fairly well.

How about a steals and deals board, where you can post sales and good deals you catch online. These threads pop up every once in awhile in /k/, they could use their own spot to last a little longer on the front page.

Well I am on board (DOHOHO) for any of the following, but I would propose they be several merged topics, we don't need more than like maybe 2 more boards...

Rage/Fail Board, would be fun, most people seem to want it, if you don't like it, stay out of it. Whenever I see these threads in /t/ they usually stay pretty damn civil in my experience. This would be my lowest priority personally...

/Media/ would be excellent, because I am sick and tired of all the music threads on /t/, plus it could also be used for book and movie discussion, which while not as annoying on /t/ could use a home of their own...



And the on board I would REALLY like to see the most is Training/Tactics/Warfare. We really could use a nice place to discuss OPERATING, because it doesn't happen nearly often enough in /k/, and I think if it had its own board it would be discussed much more, plus milfags could teach us shit there/talk about their experiences etc, I think it would be a very useful board. So a big +1 on that board for me.

A /Mil/ board for talking about anything military pertaining to how to enlist in each army, from US, Britain, Canadian, Russian, etc. And what to expect with different MOSs, etc.

/Ammo/ board for discussing different calibers, type of munitions, their development, etc. Expect major flame wars of idiots who can't appreciate each individual cartridge's appearance, load, ballistics, etc.

Saving Flash files from Firefox

Firefox for Newbies

c. The media tab has a complete list (with preview) of Images, CSS Files and Shockwave Flash files that were downloaded by the Firefox browser while rendering (loading) the page.
d. Scroll down the list and locate the swf file.
e. Click the "Save As" button. Select some directory on your hard drive and save the file (No need for a third-party plug-in)

How to save flash in IE browser

a. Click Tools - Internet Options
b. In the General Tab, click the Settings button available in the Temporary Internet Files group.
c. Click View Files to open your Temporary Internet Files folder. Depending upon your IE settings, the Temp. folder can contain tens of thousands of files.
d. Click View - Details. Now click View - Arrange Icons By - Internet Address. Depending upon the webpage, there could one or more Flash files (Shockwave Flash Object) under the Inernet Address.
e. Once you find the right flash file, right-click and choose Copy. Then paste the swf file in any other directory. Be sure to

I know it has been suggested already but I am going to suggest it as well to show support. We need a military board for everything about the military. Military life, joining etc.

I agree to a /mil/ board, I just signed up with the Army and I had been thinking about how none of the boards were really a good place for just general discussion/questions about Army life. I thinking the training, history, war, and tactics boards could all be integrated into one military/paramilitary board, and then if any more specific topic gets a lot of attention (like the >9000 WW2 threads I suspect it'd get) then you could branch off a history board or whatever.

I also like the idea of a /melee/ board for all threads about martial arts, melee weapons, etc.
