I went in a bar and the bartender was asking for interesting cocktails. If he liked them, he would make one for half price. I remembered a gag from Mystery Science Theater 3000 where they made a Blue Floyd cocktail, inspired from the tall jars of Barbicide that disinfected combs in barber shops and Floyd the barber on the old Andy Griffith Show.

Barbicide is a translucent blue disinfectant solution manufactured by King Research. It was invented in 1947 by Maurice King. It is used in barber shops and hair salons to disinfect items such as combs and scissors.

Anyone know of any good blue drinks?

Adios Mother Fucker (A.M.F.) Ingredients 1/2 oz Vodka 1/2 oz Gin 1/2 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Triple Sec Sweet and Sour Mix Float of Blue Curacao

Pour the vodka, gin, rum, and triple sec into a glass with ice. Fill with sweet and sour and add the float of Blue Curacao. Garnish Lemon Wedge and Cherry

You could add 1/2 oz of tequila if you like

1.5 oz vodka
i.5 oz blue curacao
1.5 oz white sambuca
.5 oz cream
1. fill highball with ice. add the vodka
2. carefully add the curacao avoiding mixing it too much with the vodka
3. add the sambuca the same as the curacao
4. float the cream over the top so it dosent mix with the drink, only swirls, might have to use a spoon like with a black and tan.
