I've never seen a Swiss MRE. all i ever got were canned soups/broths with meat in them. you had to open them up with your pocket knife, and cook them over a little camping cooker. there are two flavors - one with curry and chicken, called "Curry Johnny", and one with chili and beef, called, predictably, "Chili Johnny".
