I would ALWAYS have shin splints, sore knees, and sore lower back.  <br><br>I switched to FiveFingers, and am never going back.  <br><br>I&#039;ve got 2 pairs of KSOs and 1 pair of the Treks.  Great stuff.<br><br>Try the KSOs out.  You&#039;ll have to teach yourself how to run again, but it is quite simple.  Land on the balls of your feet and try to have more horizontal movement than vertical movement.  <br><br>Focus on each step, landing correctly.  When you heel strike, you&#039;ll know and your body won&#039;t let you do it again.<br><br>]]></description>

But I just ran out of &quot;drive&quot;, as if motivation is a resource which I don&#039;t know how to resupply. I&#039;ve lost 25 pounds already, but lately I feel fucking meh, tired, etc. I&#039;m getting enough sleep but I can&#039;t remember how to make myself feel pumped. Other techniques I used to do don&#039;t work anymore. So I&#039;m going to outsource it to caffeine or other uppers. I&#039;m not gaining weight, which is good.<br>Besides, I&#039;ve been trough some society drama shit but I&#039;m fixing it by severing relations with undesirable people.<br><br>]]></description>
